The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The eye doctor was very nice. She answered all my questions. All of the staff makes you feel welcome. They make sure you don’t feel rushed and that they answer all of your questions.
I’ve never had such a thorough eye exam. Dr. Mallory took her time and made sure to explain what was happening and was conservative in her treatment plan rather than over prescribing and making it worse in the long run. I’ll definitely be back!
The Dr was truly concerned and thought through the best way to treat my issue. She took extra time to offer coupons for preservative free solution and to write down instructions on how and when to take my antibiotic drops. I felt like she was truly concerned with my treatment.
