Ms Paula took her time with me, she wasn’t interested in just selling me something. Her rapport and demonstrated experience made it easy to trust her recommendations.<br><br>She also used the time as a teaching moment. I have such a better understanding of not only how my glasses should fit properly on my face but also how to properly use them.<br><br>She listened to my concerns, she asked all the right questions, and is just as sweet as she can be.<br><br>Her years of experience is truly an asset to the business. I wish she could teach a class on how to properly engage with a customer purchasing new glasses. This is the experience I was looking for 5 years ago.
