Abby May and the staff at the Loden in Smyrna are absolutely wonderful. I never feel like a number to them. They listen to any concerns I have and are very accommodating for allergies to fragrances. Having an eye exam feels just like visiting friends!
I'm here from out of town, my homepage is 850 miles away. I had an emergent, serious problem with my eyes, and my sister recommended Loden to me. I was able to get an almost immediate appointment with Dr. May. She acted as a competent, knowledgeable professional as she offered diagnosis of my eye trouble(s) and explained everything to me and answered my questions. The remedies needed were immediately ready for me at the pharmacy after my appointment. One is very pricey, but the nurse advised me how best to proceed to make the costs more reasonable.
