“I bought some frameless glasses. They were great until I scratched them up. I remembered that I had seen a scratch warranty in the paperwork. Nicole ordered my replacement lenses. They arrived and I went in to have them installed. I suspected that it might be tough to make them perfect. I was wrong. Nicole came and got my glasses and took them to the back for 15 minutes.
