“UPDATE: We just had our big 4 ton ac unit replaced after 15 years. Lee and his team did another AMAZING job on installation. Tenpenny H&A were very competitively priced, professional, and timely with the replacement. Again, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!Lee did a wonderful job on our heating and cooling system. He didn't over sell us units that we didn't need (we have 1 large and 2 small). He was reasonably priced and his call back has been great. I'd recommend him!“

Jeff came out to provide an estimate and was clearly focused on the installation, stressing that a proper install is more important than just picking equipment. He mentioned the engineering side several times — for example, recommending an additional return upstairs to improve airflow and efficiency. Pricing was right in line with other quotes, and there was no upselling — just a no-nonsense, quality install that delivered real value.

The install of TWO units (one split and one package) was done in just a few hours, and the house stayed comfortable the whole time. And, even had Seth stop by for an urgent replacement of a capacitor, on a Sunday, in August!So, when it came time to replace the entire HVAC equipment, The Miller Service Company was an obvious choice! And, they came through with flying colors!Mr. Miller and Seth worked together to design an upgraded system. Seth crafted a competitive price, and worked with my schedule!The installation team, including Trevor, Shelby and a couple others, showed when they said they would. They were communicative in the process, thoughtful in the placement, and competent in the installation! “We received a brand new central air unit in ‘21 and have had at least one issue a year with this brand new unit. Usually, they are super helpful and accommodating when we have issues. But we have currently been without AC since 8/6 and no one has come out to see what the problem is. It has been hard to reach anyone, and when we do they say that they are down technicians and will get someone out. They finally said that the unit was under warranty and that we should have someone else look at it since they don’t have the resources and someone else would do it for free. That is unacceptable. It has been extremely hot and we can’t even get someone to at least take a look at the issue? At this point, we’re contacting our attorney. By no means would I ever suggest this company for any HVAC issues. Prior to this situation, despite the issues, I would have highly recommended them because they seemed to care when issues happened before. That is not the case now. This has become a health issue for my family

Edit: I just wanted to edit this and state that Murfreesboro Heating and Cooling went out of their way to fix this issue. I’m extremely grateful!“

“We contacted Lee Company about a possible water leak in our crawl space. Within a couple hours, Will (the plumbing technician) came out and quickly diagnosed the issue as sweating from the ducts causing some water puddles, but nothing major. He also diagnosed an issue with one of our P-traps inside the house, and did so within about 30 seconds. We were much relieved on both things! He explained potential long-term solutions and gave us honest advice, given that we are planning to move within 6 months.“
