I am big on customer service with any company our family does business with. If you are looking for someone who is very knowledgeable and will educate you on options, A/C Plus Inc H&C is the company to call. I would highly recommend them to anyone that ask who I use and we will continue to use them for our maintenance services.
We couldn’t be happier with the quick service and professionalism our technician, Mark, provided when our heat went out during a recent brutal cold snap. He had our system up and running again in less than 24 hours, even sending someone to Nashville in extremely icy conditions for the necessary part! We will use this company every time!
First, few things are more concerning than your heat pump stops working correctly and its -2 degrees outside. Thankfully our auxiliary/emergency heat worked fine, but as the temperature rose above freezing, the heat pump would not engage.Holly (in A/C Plus's office) is always helpful, transferring you to a tech if your issue might be answered without the need for a service call. Or, if a service call is needed, she's amazing about getting someone to you quickly.
