Redd's Heating & Air Conditioning
“I have had an ongoing issue with the electrical panel install on my 2-year old home. This has been very frustrating as the builder used cheap aluminum wiring in the main panel. Two winters in a row we lost our heating because of the wires expanding and contracting. Last winter I didn't notice because the house was using auxiliary heat, which resulted in an $800 electric bill!! Over the past couple weeks, during this stretch of extreme heat, I had a failing breaker on the AC. Last night I contacted Redd's after hours. They sent David B. who did a fabulous job listening to my past issues and assessing the situation. He diagnosed several loose wires, as well as some that were stripped to deep. He was very thorough and took the time to educate me on how to monitor this problem in the future. I was pleased with the response time and attention to my problem.”
