Compared 3-HVAC companies solutions, prices, products, and communication before selection Estes to replace our entire system. Christi, Jim, Davis, & Tate did an amazing job. They were only a few dollars above their competitors, but.......we received top of the line Trane equipment, with higher tonnage, and multi-stage vs. single. All their competitors were similar in price but were selling inferior products, with less capacity and features. The details matter and Estes delivered. Would highly recommend them if you are looking to replace your HVAC system.
My heat was out and Estes & Cain was recommended by a neighbor. They had someone out the day after I called to access the problem (a broken motor). The part was ordered and is now fixed. Everyone I dealt with (Tate, the technician and Christi in the office) were super nice and efficient and best of all, the cost was not exorbitant. I hope I don't have to, but if I need service again I would definitely call them.
