“We received a brand new central air unit in ‘21 and have had at least one issue a year with this brand new unit. Usually, they are super helpful and accommodating when we have issues. But we have currently been without AC since 8/6 and no one has come out to see what the problem is. It has been hard to reach anyone, and when we do they say that they are down technicians and will get someone out. They finally said that the unit was under warranty and that we should have someone else look at it since they don’t have the resources and someone else would do it for free. That is unacceptable. It has been extremely hot and we can’t even get someone to at least take a look at the issue? At this point, we’re contacting our attorney. By no means would I ever suggest this company for any HVAC issues. Prior to this situation, despite the issues, I would have highly recommended them because they seemed to care when issues happened before. That is not the case now. This has become a health issue for my family<br><br>Edit: I just wanted to edit this and state that Murfreesboro Heating and Cooling went out of their way to fix this issue. I’m extremely grateful!”

My AC went out and there was not a single company that could get me on their schedule in a timely manner.<br><br>Cliff said he could do it, but warned me that he would have to come after all of his other clients and that it would be very late.<br><br>After a crazy busy day and a late night flat tire, Cliff still came to my house at 2:00 a.m. and worked until he fixed my unit at 4:00 a.m.<br><br>He’s the only person I know who wouldn’t just cancel in that situation. Even after all that, he still toon a few minutes to show me what I can do to better maintain my system.<br><br>Incredible work ethic. Highly recommend!”
