“Earlier today, I experienced a flat tire while driving a company vehicle on Briley Parkway. Because our fleet vehicles aren’t equipped with spare tires or the other tools I needed, I stopped at a gas station to call for assistance.

One of your employees, Nathan D., saw what had happened and stopped to offer his help. He had me safely back on the road within minutes and likely saved me hours of waiting for a coworker or a tow truck.

Nathan could have kept driving, but his willingness to stop and help speaks volumes about his character. Because of his kindness, not only did I finish my workday on time, but I’ll also think of Roscoe Brown anytime I need HVAC services in the future.“

“We received a brand new central air unit in ‘21 and have had at least one issue a year with this brand new unit. Usually, they are super helpful and accommodating when we have issues. But we have currently been without AC since 8/6 and no one has come out to see what the problem is. It has been hard to reach anyone, and when we do they say that they are down technicians and will get someone out. They finally said that the unit was under warranty and that we should have someone else look at it since they don’t have the resources and someone else would do it for free. That is unacceptable. It has been extremely hot and we can’t even get someone to at least take a look at the issue? At this point, we’re contacting our attorney. By no means would I ever suggest this company for any HVAC issues. Prior to this situation, despite the issues, I would have highly recommended them because they seemed to care when issues happened before. That is not the case now. This has become a health issue for my family
