I had a heat pump issue and gave Adam a call early today to see if he could help out. I realistically thought it would take a couple days to get the issue diagnosed and resolved. To my surprise Nick, his associate, came by toward the end of the day and diagnosed and fixed the problem…. In this day and age I cringe when I have to call service techs for issues around the house and I gotta say that I couldn’t have been more wrong. I wouldn’t hesitate to give Adam a call should another HVAC issue arise. A+++
Fast immediate service. Diagnosed exactly. Repaired the problem perfectly. Confidence is something that Adam's air conditioning and Heat company gives the customer. I feel like it's common for consumers to think that most HVAC professionals are just out to take advantage of people. That may be the case, but I cannot sing enough praises for Adams AC. Adam came out in less than 24-hours to address our units not cooling properly. Our units were a bit older, so we were preparing ourselves for the sticker shock of having to replace two units. Adam did a thorough check of both systems and recommended some much-needed maintenance items and component replacements. Within a few hours, our units were working better than they have in years.
