Emma was our initial contact from their office. She was friendly, thorough, and professional. Derick Gladney, our technician, did a fabulous job for us! He was friendly, personable and listened carefully to our requests. He even had some great suggestions to our initial plans. His installation skills are superb - real pride and craftsmanship. Update: 7/24
Paul and Endi helped us troubleshoot a new fan installation. We did okay with it, but they discovered a few additional issues with our dated electrical master panel. A new update is on its way.
