I had several outlets, switches and lights that quit working. They scheduled a technician quickly and then called back when a earlier slot became available. The technician was super polite, professional and on-time. Called while enroute to let us know he was enroute. Pricing was fair and what I expected for a service call. Problem turned out to be a switch improperly installed during construction 3 years ago.
