Excellent communication from this company and from my tech today. We talked through the issues needing to be addressed and Derrick provided potential solutions. He listened and asked good questions and is clearly interested in completing work where he would feel confident his own family could sleep with at night. Top quality service.
UPDATE: excellent work completed today. Derrick and Eddie were on time and knocked it out in three hours. Work required trenching to run the new line. Responding to a further problem with the electrical system, Steven and Keith again were the consummate pros. They were quick and checked everything including the meter. I felt very comfortable with both of them and they were knowledgeable, friendly, and explained everything.
So a new team showed up for this latest service which involved adding some safety items to the house's electrical system and an analysis of the layout of all the wring. Nick is AMAZING! He really does an exceptional job. He goes way beyond just good customer service and does everything he can to do EXCELLENT work and everything he can and more.. I was impressed! .
