Our AC stopped working yesterday. I called Star Heating & Air this morning and within about two hours they were able to send a technician and correct the problem. The technician was quickly able to diagnose it to a recent power outage our neigorhood suffered. He was able to reset the system and bring it back online. He was professional, courteous and respecful. He also noticed that the compressor grill was dirty and on his own washed the dirt off. We are quite happy with the prompt and effective service.
