Tennessee Air provides excellent and honest HVAC and natural gas services. They are patient and reasonably priced, delivering friendly and knowledgeable service. Whether working on gas lines or simple issues, they ensure fair prices and clear communication. They are highly recommended for reliable and trustworthy service. Customers particularly appreciate their upfront and honest approach to charges, and their ability to find issues rather than immediately suggesting unit replacement. One customer experienced same-day service for their A/C during a heatwave, highlighting their compassion and quick repairs.
They were VERY helpful from setting up the appointment to completion. Stephen was very thorough and honest. I felt as if the price was fair and my system was in good hands. They're knowledgeable people and I will use them exclusively for my future maintenance & repairs!
They were able to fix my ac unit today, the same day I called. The 2 men were very professional and showed me the pictures they took and explained exactly what they did to fix the problem. I would definitely recommend them to my neighbors. They were recommended to me by my brother who had ac problems and he was happy with the results as well
Tennessee Air has been my go to for years and there is a reason for that.
Shawnna is fantastic. Whether I am calling to schedule or just have a question, she is helpful, and her communication is top tier. She makes the whole process easy from the first phone call to text messages and overall bubbly personality that makes me feel valued as a customer.
Stephen is the best tech there is. He tells me exactly what is going on and explains it in a way I can truly understand. No BS, no upselling, none of the games I dealt with for years from other companies trying to feast on my wallet. Just honest work and straight answers.
All in all, Tennessee Air is the best of the best.… read full review
