Tennessee Air came out promptly to diagnose and fix an upstairs HVAC problem. Another company wanted to replace the 6 year old unit or do a very expensive repair on a warranty part. The Home Warranty company sent someone who said they do not repair warranty parts. Tennessee Air in Hermitage just did a thorough inspection and said the system was working fine and they performed an inexpensive maintenance inspection and solution. I am not pleased with the poor communication of Choice Home Warranty , Sears or the alternative service center that focused on sales. I am confident I will get more service from my HVAC with good reputable service from Tennessee Air in Hermitage.
I must’ve called five or six other HVAC companies to get quotes on installing float switches and inspecting my unit for potential mold growth after C**lray tried to charge me over $1600 to fix these issues. What really sold me on TN Air was Shawnna’s rapport and honesty via phone. TN Air came out, installed the switches, informed me I had no mold growth, and cleaned out my unit in a timely fashion for about 1/4 of the cost. Andy was a great tech. Will definitely be using TN Air for all my HVAC needs from here on out!
