I wanted a diagnostic on my unit.
The technician Rayden that came out was very professional , knowledgeable and helped me understand what the problem was. He was great. He called ahead of time to give me the ETA. I would Recommend this company! Great service! Ask for Rayden for your technician.
I will be using this company again if any more issues I might have with my unit.

Rebecca reached out following the experience, apologized and sought to reschedule. We found out our neighbors had a positive experience with Solace so we decided to retry. Everything went smoothly and well so updating the review to 4 starts. If this was the initial experience, it would be 5.
Tech (Ryan) showed up timely and provided his assessment. He was thorough and answered questions/issues we had with the last company that serviced our HVAC. He even fixed a few things (taping the separated air duct in the attic, declogging the drain pipe, etc). Super polite and kind guy.
Rebecca followed up and scheduled the sales/quote same day.
