We called on Petitt for an airflow issue in our upstairs bedrooms. They came out, diagnosed the issue, completed the repair, and even serviced our entire HVAC system free of charge, all within 36 hours. The service technicians, Carlos, Nathan, and Tanner, were all professional, communicative, and timely. What can be such an undesirable situation was made as painless as possible by Petitt and their team. Would highly recommend!
Our unit stopped working on a very hot muggy Sunday night about 8:30 PM. We called and a technician returned our call and was at our house in under an hour. It was a quick fix of a fuse inside the unit! As with all of our encounters with this company Alec B, the technician, was both professional and knowledgeable and we were so grateful he was able to fix it that night! I also love that they send a text with the technicians name and picture who will be coming to help us. I would give 10 stars if it was an option!
I have been using Pettit Heating and Cooling for the past six years, and they are truly top-notch. They have handled everything for me, from routine maintenance and biannual inspections to major installations, and their work is always flawless. While their staff is incredibly professional and competent, what truly sets them apart from everyone else is their incredible customer service. Alec, Alicia, Brett, Logan, Wyatt, and many more whose names I am failing to mention, have all gone above and beyond to perform at the highest standard.
