“I’ve been wearing glasses for about 5 years now. Each time I’ve visited the eye doctor and purchased new frames and lenses it’s been a do it on my own kind of experience. That was until yesterday.<br><br>I had my first visit at the America’s Best in Smyrna,TN. I was greeted with a smile and treated like a VIP my entire visit. And then there’s Ms Paula, who stands out above the rest. Immediately she took the reigns and guided me through the entire process of selecting an appropriate and stylish frame that worked with both the contour of my face and my prescription. Ms Paula took her time with me, she wasn’t interested in just selling me something. Her rapport and demonstrated experience made it easy to trust her recommendations.<br><br>She also used the time as a teaching moment. I have such a better understanding of not only how my glasses should fit properly on my face but also how to properly use them.<br><br>She listened to my concerns, she asked all the right questions, and is just as sweet as she can be.<br><br>Her years of experience is truly an asset to the business. I wish she could teach a class on how to properly engage with a customer purchasing new glasses. This is the experience I was looking for 5 years ago. “I stopped in today (12/20/2024) without an appointment because I had severely damaged/bent my glasses which I purchased several years ago from Conn Vision. I had no idea whether or not they could be repaired. The staff member at the front desk quickly called another person who looked at the frame and offered to try to straighten, with the caveat that they could be broken in the process. Regardless, I couldn’t wear them, therefore, opted for the repair attempt. Within about 30 minutes, my glasses were repaired which saved me a substantial amount of money! Thank you to Chris and Conn Vision!”
