“During the major hail storm in 2011, we hired them to repair our home. There were damages throughout our home in many different areas. Roofing, siding, HVAC, paint, windows etc. It was all handled through one claim professionally. We always had great communication and having everything handled by Belfor reduced our stress level tremendously. Having to get qualified people to show up who would stand behind their work during a catastrophe circumstances would have been very difficult. Many of the restoration companies that popped up in 2011 are long out of business. Very glad we went with a local company that has support and resources from a large corporation.“

“We had a water emergency at 9pm from a broken shower handle and could not stop the water. We just purchased our 1959 fixer upper and were not familiar with the water shut off under our crawlspace (there was no shutoff in the house) and we attempted to shut it off at the street but it was corroded and we did not have the proper tool. The water had made it out of the bathroom, through our master, and to the hallway. The first two restoration companies I contacted both said they sent someone out (neither showed up)but wanted to keep us on the phone to collect all of our insurance information. I was highly upset 2 hours later by the time I called Paul Davis. Christian was fabulous. He realized it was an emergency and said he needed to stop to get the tool from work but would be there within 30 minutes. He stopped the water immediately, brought a dehumidifier with him, and walked us through what needed to be done next. I don’t know what we would have done without him. For prompt, no nonsense service (especially an emergency) I would highly recommend Christian and Paul Davis.Service: Water damage-related cleanup & repair“
