We had a water emergency at 9pm from a broken shower handle and could not stop the water. We just purchased our 1959 fixer upper and were not familiar with the water shut off under our crawlspace (there was no shutoff in the house) and we attempted to shut it off at the street but it was corroded and we did not have the proper tool. The water had made it out of the bathroom, through our master, and to the hallway. The first two restoration companies I contacted both said they sent someone out (neither showed up)but wanted to keep us on the phone to collect all of our insurance information. I was really impressed with Christian and his team at Paul Davis. I found them to be really responsive and easy to work with. They also got us cleaned up and dried out without any hassle. They are courteous and dependable, which goes a long way these days.

I I highly recommend Paul Davis Restoration! I had a request for emergency service to place a tarp on my roof after a tree fell on my home. Owner Josh Skeens called immediately and came out to oversee the damage and had his crew place a tarp right away. Stopping further damage from the roof leak.
