Patriot Restoration was nothing short of professional, thorough, and excellent communicators.We had a leak in an upstairs bathroom the damage the ceiling in our kitchen. It took longer than expected to dry out the tile, but it was well worth the wait. the Patriot team checked in on the drying out progress everyday and prevented us from have to cut into or ripping up the tile.They also did a fantastic job cleaning the ceiling joists to make sure they were dry and had no chance of developing mold.JT has hired a great team of very respectful and professional employees! I was unaware that a 'cat lady' lived in my house until the East Tennessee heat hit & then it became all too evident. I tried an (expensive) enzymatic cleaner and covered it with the Kilz 3 Premium, but those mostly had the effect of lightening my wallet. My uncle has been a realtor in Knoxville for 30 years & had success with using Patriot Restoration. They came through, did their thing, and within a day, the smell was gone. I'm thrilled to say even when I returned from vacation and the AC had been off for a week, my house still smelled perfectly normal. Major gratitude to Patriot.
