I had a great experience with Patriot. They were prompt in sending a representative out to my house to assess my damage. The representative was thorough in his inspection, and did a great job explaining his finding and providing options. Patriot helped take care of us when we needed it for water damage and remediation. They answered the phone immediately and had someone at the house the same day to get started. All the guys that helped with the remediation were top notch and professional. Hopefully we don't have another emergency, but if we do we know who to call.
