I had HVAC duct insulation soaked with condensation from the duct sweating that was creating black spot in my finished basement ceiling.
They opened up a large space in the ceiling to remove all of the soaked insulation and once it was properly wrapped so this would never happen again, they put in new sheet rock, leveled it, retextured and painted the whole ceiling.
Lance and Mike Berry did a top notch job. The ceiling looks new and you could never guess where the work was done.
I had a serious water incident that flooded 2 levels in the house. Trinity was called as the plumber stopped the leak. A crew arrived within an hour and a half. Two hard-working young men cleaned for 4 1/2 hours and placed fans and dehumidifier. Dustin came to the house multiple times over the next 10 days to check the dampness and adjust the equipment. Kris is working with the insurance adjuster to line up the reconstruction. Very pleased with the responsiveness and the quality of the remediation process.

I reached out to Trinity about having our duct work cleaned out, and we had a great experience from start to finish! Dale came out quickly to provide a quote. He was so helpful and explained the entire process. We were able to get on the schedule very quickly! Communication was excellent throughout the whole process. The two guys who came to complete the job let me know exactly when they would arrive and were very professional once there. I would highly recommend Trinity.
