“We were left in a bad way by contractor which destroyed our main entry way door and was not going to be able to get replaced till around Thanksgiving. This happen near the end of August so I fired them. We were desperate and needed a door before the Holidays I contacted several contractors Pinnacle got back to use first. Graham Harrison came to our home showed us their options we picked out a high quality door. We then made the difficult request can we have the door installed in 30 days? Graham made one phone call to Adam Watson, Graham how about 45 days we said close enough. Adam Watson came out the next day measured for the door and ordered our custom door. In 3 weeks the door was delivered to our home the next day Two very skilled craftsmen showed and did the install. These men were very professional at their trade, I know because I have been in the construction industry for nearly 50 years. Pinnacle is going to getting our next home improvement job come spring I will not even ask any other contractor to bid for I trust their workmanship that much.

Although I chose the Atlas roofing which costs a bit more and has an outstanding warranty, I am 100% confident I could have chosen a much lesser expensive alternative and still received the same top notch polite and professional friendly service. “We had a truly positive experience with Keith and his crew during a roof replacement. We have a hybrid log cabin that had some very specific concerns. He not only walked the roof himself, but also brought out his foreman and had him walk the roof to make sure none of our specialty siding needed to be cut away from the dormers. Prior to demo and installation, he went out of his way to find our specific sample boards and even placed them on the roof so we could stand back and look at them. His communication was frequent and transparent, and he was even on-site during the demo and installation. They were on time, to the minute, for the three days they were here, and they took great care in protecting our landscaping during demo and during cleanup. After they left, you never would have known a re-roof just took place. Keith even went online for us and registered all of our products so our warranty kicked in. Finally, his quote was extremely fair..at no time did I feel I was trying to be taken advantage of. Thank you Keith, Alex and the crew.“
