They were great! Came out when they said, did what they, and priced it very fairly. I will be using Sugar Plumbing for all my future plumbing needs. Special thanks to Tommy, he was amazing.

I have only great things to say. I had made an appointment. The tech arrived on time and fixed the plumbing issue in a timely manner. He cleaned up his mess and the price for repairs was very fair. Will most definitely use Sugar Plumbing again!

We live in Maynardville by Hickory Star Marina on Norris Lake and it is difficult to get anyone to service anything when we need something done. However, Sugar Plumbing is exceptional at catering to us. We have been using them for about 8 years now and they have always been reliable and reasonable. I would recommend them especially Garret and Tommy for any problems you could have. I recently had a problem with a stopped up commode line and they were committed to getting us up and running.
