Derrick came to our house today to inspect our roof and give us a quote on a full replacement. He was friendly and professional, and gave us all of the information we needed to make an informed decision on our repair options. He provided samples of the products that would be used on the roof repairs and went over all of the ample financing options with us. Our dogs immediately took to him and he was wonderful with them which is always a good sign for our household.

Graham came out and did an amazingly thorough job answering all of our questions and being extremely patient with us! We did decide to go with Pinnacle after talking and working with him and are looking forward to a lower maintenance house with our siding!
