I hired this company based on a recommendation from a neighbor and hoped they’d be half as good as he had said. They were actually twice as good as he had indicated. Their crew showed up every day and worked from 8 AM until 8 PM and then cleaned up and came back the next day and started again. The roof turned out better than expected. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

Called 4 roofing companies only Exterior returned the call. Was it expensive: yes but when another company finally gave an estimate (over the phone estimate) I was happy with Exterior. Crew was on site at 6:30am and done by 1:30pm. All cleaned up. I admit to having a simple roof over a 1600 squ. ft. House. Roofing crew was fantastic and polite. From install talks on Monday to job completed on Friday (we were willing to take any opening they had). They got on the roof before talking about the work and had pictures to explain the why’s. Highly recommend. It looks great. Bonus: it is a family owned company that takes pride in their work. No big corporations!
Roof vent repairs can address damaged or deteriorated components around attic ventilation openings. The work may involve replacing a damaged vent, repairing surrounding materials, or addressing sealing and flashing issues. Compared with leaving a visibly damaged vent untreated, repairs can restore the affected area while supporting ongoing roof maintenance. Proper integration with the surrounding roofing materials is important. A completed vent repair can provide a focused improvement without requiring work across the entire roof.
