We had a leak around our chimney that led to roof damage under the shingles. Cody came out and inspected everything and explained what needed to be done and how to bring everything up to code. We ask for 2 quotes, one for just the repair and one for an entire roof replacement. Both quotes were very honest, and in line with what we were expecting. What made them stand out is the fact that Cody told us that our roof still had about 10 years left on it and suggested to repair versus replace. He could have pushed the new roof quote for a lot more money but he focused on our best interest over their profit.
