“Same day, knowledgeable, honest, affordable and NO UPCHARGE. Justin came same day to repair valve under kitchen sink. Turns out it just needed to be tightened. I had no idea that those (including toilets) valves need to be 100% open or 100% closed or they can leak (especially if not used in a long while). He noticed the garbage disposal had shaken loose and tightened that up as well. I was just charged the minimal service fee! He easily could have said I needed to replace the valve...but he did not.
