I have been going here for several years after a bad car accident. The staff here are excellent. For the most part, They are kind and courteous, which you don't find everywhere. Dr Dreskin is extremely knowledgeable and very in tune with his patients. Hannah is laid back and very approachable.
No doctor visit is easy, but they do try to help make it easier on their patients .

Husband’s hair and beard appointment with Joslyn Jones yesterday.
Joslyn ALWAYS does a great job. My husband has become a regular with her and if she has no availability he waits. We were new to Cleveland last year when he booked his first appointment after another shop messed him up pretty bad. She got him all fixed up, and left feeling good.
She is more than a professional barber, she is a wonderful person all the way around. I was going through a tough time in life with the loss of one of my twins and she got involved. Gave comforting words and helped me to feel like I wouldn’t be alone in it. Now we bring in our surviving twin and she absolutely loves her. Baby gets cuddles, dad gets pampered and I get a stress free break knowing my whole family is taken care of. I’ve even had her cut my long hair and repair post pregnancy damage.
She’s truly been a blessing and we won’t trust our family in the hands of anyone else.

We were surprised when sitting in our dinning room the ceiling started to leak! We feared the worst when we realized it was coming from the bathroom above. We called Southeast Rooter and Plumbing and once we explained the issue, they made space in the schedule for us pronto! Upon arrival and inspection, Dillon pointed out the rather loose drain in the shower and fixed it in minutes! We were so relieved we called them! Extremely professional and really knows their stuff! We had just started general bug control service a couple months ago. I began having problems with stink bugs entering the house. I phoned them and within a couple hours Trevor was here respraying the house. Everyone I dealt with was very kind and courteous!
Excellent company to use for your exterminating services. I chose the company because of their online ratings and because they were a local company. After I made initial contact, I was contacted promptly to set up an appointment for a technician to come out for a quote. Amy arrived on time and was so kind and professional. She walked us through the services and prices Pain offered and was patient with us. We decided to get termite treatment/protection and we signed up for the monthly pest control service. Amy arranged for termite treatment to be done the very next day. Brytton came to our home and performed that service from digging trenches to drilling holes and did an excellent job in protecting our home. Amy came back out two days later and sprayed our home inside and out. She is a real gem. We are looking forward to a long relationship with Pain Exterminating.
The fellow we rent from uses this company to keep things bug-free around here and they do a great job. LJ is usually the employee who comes by, though everyone we've dealt with has been helpful, timely and easy to talk to. It's a big relief to have a reliable company taking care of this!
Tim did an awesome job on removing a large tree stump from my yard and left the area clean. Even the neighbors commented on how nice the area looked after the stump was ground out.
I've used Dan's tree service several times over the years and he has always done an outstanding job. Dan is very professional and his tree trimming service is very reasonably priced too, an all around great guy. I usually have to leave a message on his answering machine and he calls back within that day or the next if he's out doing tree work. I know they're other tree companies but I know Dan's is the best. I’ve been to May and May dental office several times prior to an appt today to begin full dentures procedure. The staff members are top notch professionals and very personable. The dental equipment is the latest state of the art. The dental lab they use produces the best dental appliances I’ve ever experienced. The doctors strive for perfection in the results of their care. Their credentials and expertise are the gold standard for the industry. You can be confident that you will receive the highest quality care available in this area of the country. Yes, it’s expensive like all healthcare, but at this quality level of care it is money well spent. I wish I could have found this office many years ago.

I've had issues with the backend of the office and the dentist. The backend of the office struggled to arrange work in a way that best used my benefits and it took several attempts to get it right. The scheduling group failed to schedule all necessary appointments and failed to communicate to me that multiple appointments would be necessary to do all the work. It was a surprise to me when I showed up to get x,y,z work done and they were only going to do x and y. The actual work was rough and after a week I was in so much pain I had to return to ensure there was not an infection. When I called with this concern, I waited on hold for 10 minutes before hanging up and calling again. So far it has been a mistake to have my business here.
Updated: after speaking and working with the dentist to resolve some issues, I feel better. I still think that the backend of the office could use some help, but the follow up care I got was good and they went out of their way to help me out and I'm appreciative of that. We also came up with a plan to help schedule the right amount of work in the future to help keep me from being in pain.
Follow up: I've had additional cleanings and dental work since this review with no issues. I've continued to receive quality care, and have recommended this practice to family and friends.

Winn Smiles, oh I can’t thank you enough! Today, September 19th, y’all did a community event offering one dental service free of charge. I chose a filling that was much needed as it was on my front tooth due to trauma that caused my tooth to chip and then later open access for a cavity to form. The cavity decay was taking my confidence. I hated talking to people in fear they were looking at my teeth rather than me as a person. I started close mouth smiling to hide my teeth and found myself behind the camera rather than in front of it. With kids that’s hard take. But I left wanting to cry happy tears because you not only gave me back my confidence but my smile I was robbed of for years! The way y’all didn’t just help my oral health but my mental health today I will forever be grateful for! Thank you again so so much! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Y’all are the best! ❤️

I have to say how completely amazing Dr Ramsey and Stacey are! This office absolutely excels in patient care and experience. From the very beginning I was offered a blanket (room was cold lol) and they took their time assuring me each time that I was doing great asking if I was ok several times. Then at the end of my procedure stating I can’t eat for an hour offered me a smoothie to take with me! Wow! This was my first visit to a chiropractor, and I was extremely anxious going in. The staff was very kind and welcoming, and Dr. Tyler Carpenter was very informative and gentle throughout the entire process. I left feeling more at ease, and I truly appreciate the care I received.

Dr Spradlin has been our primary medical provider for over 3 years. If you can set aside your pride and recognize that you don't know what you just don't know you will learn life changing things. If you can follow Doc's program and put the work in you WILL see results. You cannot bring a traditional medical mindset into this practice. You won't fit and you won't like what you get. However, if you're fed up with the medical system and you're serious about pursuing your healing you'll love this place! Doc S truly loves people but he doesn't desire to waste his time, energy, or resources on patients who will be difficult or non-compliant. It is not your right to be a patient at DDNH. It is a privilege! If you are ready for serious coaching and get well boot camp then welcome to the family. If you want to be coddled then go elsewhere. As for my personal experience I came to DDNH after seeking help from specialists for years for chronic migraine and a painful unyielding autoimmune disease. The migraines went from 24/7 to 2 in week one of treatment and zero in week two. The autoimmune symptoms went from 9 on a scale of 1-10 to less than 1. I expect to be fully healed soon whereas medical specialists previously told me the disease was progressive and without a cure. My entire family has benefited from this practice. My eldest daughter was cured of chronic fatigue and brain fog. My eldest son was healed of recurring back problems. My youngest son was cured of GERD. My youngest daughter's allergies disappeared. My husband's life-long neck problems are significantly better, he is sleeping better and has energy. Our Great Pyrenees was healed of a torn CCL (avoiding a $5000 surgery). My family is off all prescription drugs and we rarely get sick anymore because of our robust immune systems. When we do we bring all medical concerns small or acute to Doc S - there doesn't seem to be anything he can't handle from jobsite injuries, torn tendons, food poisoning, and covid to sick pets. In closing, Dr Spradlin is a serious medical professional and a legitimate healer! His office manager wife is a delight as is his staff. So if I were you, I wouldn't listen to the negative reviews that would attempt to derail your miracle. Put your big boy pants on and go get your healing!!!
Hands down the best vet practice I have used. Both my GSDs and my mother in law’s Yorkie have been treated. The entire staff is the epitome of kindness and professionalism. Drs Bain (GSDs) and Casey (Yorkie) are amazing and will go out of the way to accommodate pet nuances. The support staff is amazing and the entire operation is dialed in.
I had my first experience with Dr Lee B. He dehorned my goat, Jean. I couldn’t ask for a better experience, and for that reason I highly recommend. The staff have all been so kind. My in-laws used his dad for horses and referred me there. I’ll keep using this vet in the future!
Dr. Williams is fantastic. He is incredibly attentive, great with the horses, and never rushes through an exam. He takes the time to explain lameness findings, treatment options, and recommended changes, while being thoughtful and realistic about diagnostics and costs. We are impressed every visit and happily travel two hours to see him.

Update for the review I submitted previously- my disappointment with Bradley Veterinarian Hospital (BVH), has changed to impressed, appreciative, and relieved. The concern expressed by Dr. Lee Bancroft, after a less than satisfactory experience, demonstrates his dedication to the families that he serves. Impressed because of the persistence in determination to reach out to our family to make sure that Josie was getting better and to apologize. Appreciative because he didn’t have to care or reach out at all, but he does care and did reach out to us. Relieved because, as stated in the original post, BVH has always taken good care of Josie, and I did not want to try to find a new vet, when after several hours of research, my first choice had been BVH initially. Thank you, Dr. Bancroft. You are genuine in the work you do and that is not a skill you learn, that is a character you build through positive actions throughout life. We are thankful for BVH and look forward to seeing you at our next visit.
Dr. Sanders is the best!! We have taken our pets to him for many years and have found his knowledge, expertise and compassion for his patients (our babies) impeccable. He went the extra mile and didn’t give up on our Sally. I am so grateful. And you will not find a Veterinarian who is more reasonable with his fees!

We love to come here for the student massages! The staff is always friendly and the price is very fair for the massage student services! Obviously it depends on the student you get and the massage style you enjoy, but once you find a student that is you're style, they are amazing and so sweet and open to feedback and work hard. Will highly recommend!
I was gifted a massage with Wanda. I haven't always had the best experience with massages.....but Wanda was a game changer! I have a history of migraines. She listened and also took into account that as a mom, etc. sometimes you need quiet and not conversation. I will be recommending her to everyone! Definitely coming back!
I have been seeing Rhonda for several years. She is so professional and she knows her techniques. I've had the regular body massage, lymphatic Detox massage and the cupping massage. I highly recommend any of these. Once you go, you will want to go back to her. I have a standing monthly appt. with Rhonda and can't wait from one month to the other to see her.
I got a massage and head spa service done by Angela and it was absolutely amazing. Calming atmosphere and also very friendly as well. I would highly recommend. Very relaxing. I am really glad we have a head spa here in Cleveland now!
My back is in terrible shape to where I can not stand straight up . With Dottie's skill, she can have me standing straight up without pain within 20 minutes. AMAZING!!! The chiropractor had no such luck after 3 visits. He was highly recommended.I was afraid of myofascial release as I have heard it can be very painful. I am already in enough pain! She rescued my fears with this quote: "I do not believe in fixing pain with pain." Very skilled and knowledgeable!!
Jena is the best massage therapist I’ve ever had! I won’t go anywhere else. She’s amazing, professional yet personable, and listens to your individual needs. Highly recommend!

Dr. Tawnya and staff is extremely knowledgeable and skilled team! I came to Summit Physical Therapy with chronic lower back pain. After 6 weeks, the pain is much better (almost gone) and range of motion is much improved. The care plan was personalized and well thought out and sustainable over time.
This is a great place! Not as crowded as most places which I like. Jarod is very good and professional. Tammy, the office mgr. Is great also.
