I just had my first baby and did not know what to expect at all but her and her team went above and beyond to make the whole process so smooth! She also was very understanding and listened to what I wanted and did everything she could to make it happen! If you need an OBGYN she’s who you want!

What impressed me most was that she remembered exactly how I like my hair cut and styled without me having to explain it all over again. The haircut came out perfect, and she even recommended products that fit the messy, disheveled look I prefer.

Its been awhile since I could afford a quality cut. I've always used Alaina but she wasnt available. Had the time and funds and took a chance with i believe his name might be hunter. Great cut and beard shaping looking like a new man. Never leave there not looking way better than I walked in. Best in town by far!

I'm so glad I found Chelsea!! After moving to Cleveland a few years ago, I went to 2 different stylists and left disappointed after every cut. They didn't listen to me and got annoyed when I told them that my hair was crooked, etc.
Then one day while driving I saw her studio and called to make an appointment. She listend to me, agreed that my previous cut was wrong, and proceeded to give me a great haircut! I've been going to her for about a year and every single cut has been perfect! Now when someone compliments my hair I always tell them about Chelsea. I've gotten a total of 3 piercings from this shop and genuinely loved meeting with Kayla and receiving said piercings, she's a great piercer super friendly, and sweet, and I definitely agree with her aftercare sheet would love to come back for more piercings at some point honestly.
Also the piercings I've gotten from her are my nipples, septum, and angel fangs, and I genuinely love all of them and they all healed amazingly so far :3
Originally called for a toilet repair (that I thought I had messed up--ended up being the toilet itself). We'd wanted to replace that one for a while, any way, so we did. William was friendly and knowledgeable, walking me through the process, pricing, etc. Definitely recommend!

I was unexpectedly hit with my septic issue and of course it needed immediate attention. So of course I googled companies in my area. I was told it would be days before someone would be here to check out my situation. Then I called Emergency No More. My experience could not have been better. I spoke with Candy and from the get go felt she was concerned about me and my situation. Within the hour Seth was here to save my day. He made sure I understood what the problem was and what he would be doing every step of the way. What was estimated that the cost would be is exactly what we agreed on. I’m retired so AKA broke. The pricing was very,very reasonable. I’ll shut up now. Just know when you need help you honestly will not regret having made that call.
I was frantic over a leak under my sink and a loud alarm sound before 8am. Haven't needed a plumber since moving to my newly built home last year. Called Cleveland Plumbing right away. Nice lady answered the phone immediately. Chuck was at my home within 15 minutes, silenced the alarm and fixed the leak. Incredibly excellent service and nice people. Thank you Cleveland Plumbing!

I own a childcare center in town and was looking for someone to come in and do a good clean! The Pristinely Polished team came and cleaned our childcare center and did a fantastic job!! We have a large center with several large classrooms and they came in and cleaned every inch of the rooms and main lobby spaces! The floors looked so good, the bathrooms were sparkling, and it smelled so fresh and clean! The ladies who came were efficient and did great work! They paid attention to detail and made me feel so great about the work that was done. Commercial cleaning can be hard and “tricky” to tackle but these ladies did great!

We had just started general bug control service a couple months ago. I began having problems with stink bugs entering the house. I phoned them and within a couple hours Trevor was here respraying the house. Everyone I dealt with was very kind and courteous!
The company was not able to solve my problem or offer a solution given multiple opportunities. I am very disappointed but have been able to solve my issue with a different business.
LJ was my service technician and he was great. Always professional, prompt and informative. I give him a 5 star rating. However, I discontinued my service with Massey because I got tired of the relentless calling by the office staff to remind me that they were wanting to be paid. We operate a farm and our account with them consisted of 3 homes, 1 large barn, 1 barn apartment, 2 shops and yard service on a monthly basis for flea/tick/mosquito prevention during the months of April through September. Just because my monthly sit down to pay bills all on the same day did not align with Jan in the office, she would often call to ask where my payment was and she wanted to know exact day I was going to pay so she could document on my account. We had service with a company called Marvon prior to Massey purchasing and had been doing business with Marvon/Massey for probably 30 years and felt as though we were being treated as customers who did not want to pay their bill. I asked if they really thought I was going to “stiff them” for a $120 bug spray after all this time. I expressed my dissatisfaction upon was told they were only calling to “ensure we were happy with our service”. This was not the case and I did not appreciate being patronized. When a family operates a cattle operation and still works full-time for a multi million dollar company and yet they get hassled for a $120 payment because it is on the 30th day or less since pest treatment/prevention and we’ve been loyal customers for over 30 years, one can understand the frustration I was experiencing. I’m sure Massey Services is a capable pest service company or we would not have stayed with them for so long. However, loyal customers do not appreciate being harassed over the phone by a service company that has adopted corporate business mentalities when we really wanted to be appreciated like we were before when it was a hometown kind of company. For these reasons alone, I would rate them a 2 stars as a whole but LJ (my service tech) would be a 5 stars without a doubt.
Tim did an awesome job on removing a large tree stump from my yard and left the area clean. Even the neighbors commented on how nice the area looked after the stump was ground out.
I've used Dan's tree service several times over the years and he has always done an outstanding job. Dan is very professional and his tree trimming service is very reasonably priced too, an all around great guy. I usually have to leave a message on his answering machine and he calls back within that day or the next if he's out doing tree work. I know they're other tree companies but I know Dan's is the best. I have to say how completely amazing Dr Ramsey and Stacey are! This office absolutely excels in patient care and experience. From the very beginning I was offered a blanket (room was cold lol) and they took their time assuring me each time that I was doing great asking if I was ok several times. Then at the end of my procedure stating I can’t eat for an hour offered me a smoothie to take with me! Wow! That was awesome even though it was very cold outside Truly though, being new here and needing to find a dentist quick, they are a gift and I highly recommend them as well as considering them my dentist

I have two teeth on my right that is hurting and one on my left. It scares me to even think of a nother dentist. Wish I could pay out of pocket

We absolutely love Dr. McCartney! My husband, our two kids (ages 3 and 4), and I all see him regularly. He’s incredibly patient, thorough, and always makes us feel welcome and comfortable. I’ve gone in multiple times with a pinched nerve, and he’s the only chiropractor who consistently sends me home feeling real relief. He knows his stuff and genuinely cares. One thing that really stands out—he adjusted my sinuses, and for the first time in two years, they actually drained on their own. I had chronic sinus surgery in the past and have struggled with drainage issues ever since. That same week, I had an ENT appointment nearly two hours away, and they wanted to schedule a CT scan. After seeing Dr. McCartney and getting that sinus adjustment, I canceled the scan—I didn’t need it anymore. He’s just that good. Highly recommend him for the whole family!

Hands down the best vet practice I have used. Both my GSDs and my mother in law’s Yorkie have been treated. The entire staff is the epitome of kindness and professionalism. Drs Bain (GSDs) and Casey (Yorkie) are amazing and will go out of the way to accommodate pet nuances. The support staff is amazing and the entire operation is dialed in.
Dr. Williams is fantastic. He is incredibly attentive, great with the horses, and never rushes through an exam. He takes the time to explain lameness findings, treatment options, and recommended changes, while being thoughtful and realistic about diagnostics and costs. We are impressed every visit and happily travel two hours to see him.
I had my first experience with Dr Lee B. He dehorned my goat, Jean. I couldn’t ask for a better experience, and for that reason I highly recommend. The staff have all been so kind. My in-laws used his dad for horses and referred me there. I’ll keep using this vet in the future!

Update for the review I submitted previously- my disappointment with Bradley Veterinarian Hospital (BVH), has changed to impressed, appreciative, and relieved. The concern expressed by Dr. Lee Bancroft, after a less than satisfactory experience, demonstrates his dedication to the families that he serves. Impressed because of the persistence in determination to reach out to our family to make sure that Josie was getting better and to apologize. Appreciative because he didn’t have to care or reach out at all, but he does care and did reach out to us. Relieved because, as stated in the original post, BVH has always taken good care of Josie, and I did not want to try to find a new vet, when after several hours of research, my first choice had been BVH initially. Thank you, Dr. Bancroft. You are genuine in the work you do and that is not a skill you learn, that is a character you build through positive actions throughout life. We are thankful for BVH and look forward to seeing you at our next visit.
Dr. Sanders is the best!! We have taken our pets to him for many years and have found his knowledge, expertise and compassion for his patients (our babies) impeccable. He went the extra mile and didn’t give up on our Sally. I am so grateful. And you will not find a Veterinarian who is more reasonable with his fees!

Cheryl provides wonderful massages. She listens to your needs and also pays attention to what your body needs. She does a great job of working on problem areas to help with stiffness and aches and pains. She's good at giving advice on helping you manage your problem areas on the days you don't see her. Highly recommend her services, including the sauna!
Billi C and Meghan were great! I had Billi C and my had Meghan both are phenomenal and we leave relaxed after every visit. Billi always asks if there are new areas we need to focus on and she makes sure to pay special attention to those areas. We highly recommend these two ladies to anyone looking to relieve stress help with tension or even migraines anything. These ladies are great.

I have been seeing Rhonda for several years. She is so professional and she knows her techniques. I've had the regular body massage, lymphatic Detox massage and the cupping massage. I highly recommend any of these. Once you go, you will want to go back to her. I have a standing monthly appt. with Rhonda and can't wait from one month to the other to see her.
Before my session, Ann asked me about any particular issues I was having and wanted her to focus on, which I appreciated. The experience was amazing!! I've already booked my next appointment. I highly recommend massage therapy with Ann at Selah!!
Theresa's Wednesday morning walking meditation meet-ups this fall have been a great way to start the day (I wish I would have made it to them all!). I love using Summit PT in Cleveland for all my physical therapy needs. I have been going there on and off for a few years now. Previously I have used several other places and I have found I get the best results at summit pt in Cleveland. They actually help make me better.
