I have to be careful how I rate bc, this new age isn't greatness it used to be.
Superiors seems to be mom n pop. It's not horrible. It's okay. At this point I'd go again

The staff at Superior is just that SUPERIOR! In my former corporate life a weekly trip to the cleaners was a way of life. No more! So when I dropped a new shirt off to have it laundered for my son’s wedding I had no idea the trouble I was about to cause. Long story short - I forgot to pick the shirt up on Friday for the Saturday wedding. Never thinking that they wouldn’t be open for at least half a day on Saturday. I called and was met by a staff member at 830 on the day they were closed. You truly saved the day! Thank you thank you!!!

Cleaning service of my item was good but I wanted my item back in 1 or 2 days and they told me I could go and drop it off at one of their other locations. I thought to myself isn't that your job.
