I went for lymphatic massage for sinuses. I honestly was sceptical, but oh my goodness did it work!!!! Cleared my sinus out and I've been doing so good since. Then did body lymph drainage and it has helped so much as well. Rose took the time to educate in so many ways.
2 main things to say: DO IT and Trust the process! I have struggled for several years with really bad hip pain and neck and shoulder pain. My new PCP recommended Deep Tissue Massage and let me just say, that was exactly what I needed! Never had I even had a massage before! I had no idea that years of sedentary and stressful career was causing such deep rooted knots and therefore the cause of my pain! I know now how important it is to maintain this. If you have a sedentary stressful job, this is not a luxury item - it’s a necessity! I was literally desperate to find help for the pain and I’m so grateful for the Lord leading me to Rosemarie!
