“We have been with this company for 4 years. Originally Pest Away. Volunteer Rid A Pest bought out Pest Away due to owners retiring. The first technician with Volunteer Rid a Pest we had was friendly but did not do a good job. Had to come back after every visit. We decided to give them another try and they sent Staron out. He did an excellent job and took care of the problems we had. He went above and beyond to make sure every inch inside and out was taken care of. Elizabeth in the office is excellent to deal with and made sure all our concerns were addressed. We have not had any problems since Staron came and will continue to do quarterly visits with them. Once we got the right technician all of our problems have been solved. I highly recommend dealing with Evan, Staron & Elizabeth. Glad we gave them a second chance!“
