1515 S Lee Hwy, Cleveland“LJ was my service technician and he was great. Always professional, prompt and informative. I give him a 5 star rating. However, I discontinued my service with Massey because I got tired of the relentless calling by the office staff to remind me that they were wanting to be paid. We operate a farm and our account with them consisted of 3 homes, 1 large barn, 1 barn apartment, 2 shops and yard service on a monthly basis for flea/tick/mosquito prevention during the months of April through September. Just because my monthly sit down to pay bills all on the same day did not align with Jan in the office, she would often call to ask where my payment was and she wanted to know exact day I was going to pay so she could document on my account. We had service with a company called Marvon prior to Massey purchasing and had been doing business with Marvon/Massey for probably 30 years and felt as though we were being treated as customers who did not want to pay their bill. I asked if they really thought I was going to “stiff them” for a $120 bug spray after all this time. I expressed my dissatisfaction upon was told they were only calling to “ensure we were happy with our service”. This was not the case and I did not appreciate being patronized. When a family operates a cattle operation and still works full-time for a multi million dollar company and yet they get hassled for a $120 payment because it is on the 30th day or less since pest treatment/prevention and we’ve been loyal customers for over 30 years, one can understand the frustration I was experiencing. I’m sure Massey Services is a capable pest service company or we would not have stayed with them for so long. However, loyal customers do not appreciate being harassed over the phone by a service company that has adopted corporate business mentalities when we really wanted to be appreciated like we were before when it was a hometown kind of company. For these reasons alone, I would rate them a 2 stars as a whole but LJ (my service tech) would be a 5 stars without a doubt.“

“We had just started general bug control service a couple months ago. I began having problems with stink bugs entering the house. I phoned them and within a couple hours Trevor was here respraying the house. Everyone I dealt with was very kind and courteous!“
