I recently encountered a plumbing emergency that left me feeling overwhelmed in one of my rental houses. Fortunately, I was referred to Brad, a plumbing expert who came to my rescue. From the moment he arrived, Brad exuded professionalism and expertise. He quickly assessed the situation, explained the problem in layman's terms, and outlined a solution. What sets Brad apart is his attention to detail and customer satisfaction. He meticulously fixed the issue, ensuring that every component was functioning flawlessly before he left. Moreover, he took the time to provide valuable advice on preventive maintenance.
Corbin and Amanda came out to check my outdoor spickets and also to check to see if it was possible to install ice maker line. I did go with ice maker line which they were incredibly efficient and quick with they work. They also cleaned up after themselves and left the final product looking incredible. Would highly recommend these 2 and also HEP for your plumbing needs!
Corbin came to my house to provide an estimate for the replacement of my electric hot water heater. He called in advance and was here on time. Corbin is friendly, polite and very informative. I should say also that he is patient. Corbin answered all of my questions in detail. He educated me on the operation of the water heater including electrical, piping and water sediment. I highly recommend Corbin and HEP!!
