This spa knows how to treat customers. You start to feel relaxed as soon as you come in. We were in one of the beach rooms. I felt so relaxed I almost feel asleep. This spa uses a Halo generator which is the only way to get the health benefits from the salt. I'm happy I found this place and plan to go back for more spa treatments.
Took my daughter her when she had a congestion cold. The ladies are so sweet and wonderful we had a great time. I would recommend this space if you have a frequently congested little one like I do.
I was in town visiting family members and ran across a sign for the salt box in Cleveland. I called them to schedule several services and their customer service was fabulous, they were so accommodating and explained all the different services that they offer, and that everything was holistic. I did the massage wellness package, which was the one hour massage, followed by infrared, sauna, and a salt therapy session. It was amazing!! The owner and therapist went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and relaxed. I will definitely back when we visit Cleveland again!
