Chuck is great! I had a leaky pressure reducer valve and chuck took the time to diagnose it properly, finding that it was just the Union that was bad. He replaced it with a leftover part that he had in his truck and had it fixed in minutes. Any other plumber would’ve sold me a new valve cause they would make more money. Instead, Chuck did what was best for the customer and gained my respect.
Thank you to Chuck and Dori Jo for helping to quickly and affordably switch to a tankless water heater! The job was done well and things are off to a great start.
