I’ve been very happy with their care, until today. I appreciated the fact that they could work me in for an acute illness; although I was not pleased with the attitude of my care provider, Wendy, today. She treated the acute problem very well, but when I tried to ask her a question, she kept interrupting me and did not want to listen. When I called her on it, of course, she tried to defend herself. I’m sorry; I won’t be disrespected and then not say anything, especially in healthcare. I will not be seeing her again. I’m sure she’ll be glad to hear it.“
