“I’ve only been going to Prime for about 8 months, and I can’t recommend them enough. Are you looking to get fit/healthy, but don’t know what to do? Go see them. Are you someone who’s somewhat active or eating healthy-ish, but needs motivation or support? Go see them. Are you working through injuries and want to feel better? Go see them.There isn’t the “bro” culture of some facilities, and there also isn’t the feeling of cluelessness one may have at a “big box” gym. I like that the staff develops challenging but fun workouts, and coaches you in proper technique, or provides alternatives based on fitness level. The staff genuinely cares about you and your progress and will share in your excitement as you progress…“
