I’ve only been going to Prime for about 8 months, and I can’t recommend them enough. Are you looking to get fit/healthy, but don’t know what to do? Go see them. Are you someone who’s somewhat active or eating healthy-ish, but needs motivation or support? Go see them. Are you working through injuries and want to feel better? Go see them.There isn’t the “bro” culture of some facilities, and there also isn’t the feeling of cluelessness one may have at a “big box” gym. Great staff that work with you each session. It is like a personal trainer but in a small group setting. They make modifications to address any physical limitations and advice to keep improving overall fitness. Best way to start my day!

As someone who thought that they didn’t like working out, Prime Fitness has completely changed my mind. It had been years since I last set foot in a gym because, beyond knowing how to turn on a treadmill, I felt clueless about what to do. Prime’s group training took has taken out all of the guesswork and made exercise something that I now *shockingly* enjoy.Sara, Charlie and every coach at Prime are extremely knowledgeable and kind.
