We are so lucky to have bumped in to Liz when we did. After purchasing our home, upon moving in a few months later there appeared to be a fairly large roof leak that our inspectors missed. This caused part of the ceiling to fall apart. We had many roofers come out and give us quotes, all telling us massively different price ranges as well as large differences in what all would have to be done, while also talking down to me simply because i was a woman, even shunning me for tarping my own roof to keep out any further water damage. (my husband is military and was moving in to the house a month after me)
We were then very lucky to find Liz, who was not only above and beyond respectful and sympathetic, she did a thorough check of the interior, better than our own inspectors did to find all effected areas. Every step was clearly communicated to us, as well as very well documented by Liz and her team who took photos every step of the way. This project quickly turned from tearing up and reinstalling flashing properly to discovering and treating a large amount of mold inside, discovering and reporting attempted cover up work from prior owners for our documentation, and when replacing the shingles didn't 100% work their team was right back out trouble shooting to find the root of the issue. With out roof and leak repaired her team got our ceiling and drywall back up and did their best to match the textures we had (3 different ones!) and even when i felt like the paint wasn't a 100% match they tried 4 times to match it to my liking which i was severely grateful for.
However, the best part of working with JSR Group is that they understand the frustration of filing Insurance / warranty claims. Our warranty company has tried every which way to deny us reimbursement by requiring an insane amount of documentation from the contractors down to the names of what was put on the wall and individual prices of shingles, etc. Liz never told us that she didn't want to do that or it was too much work to rewrite our break down to make it work for our claims. She is truly a gem and turned a disaster experience for us as first time home owners into an experience for us to learn and feel like there was a sense of community in tis new town. It was nice to know she had our back. I highly recommend them!

I just got my tattoo eyeliner today! I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE it. I will post a pic once it’s healed but she did amazing work! Exactly how I wanted it to look! The whole experience was seamless and they are just so friendly, kind, and make you feel at ease about the whole process. She took the time to learn about what I wanted, did some practice to see how I liked it beforehand, and I even came in with full make up so she could see what I wanted it to look like. They are super responsive to texts and questions and even though tattoos are not a comfortable thing, Anastasia is as gentle as can be and very caring! I highly recommend her for your permanent make up needs. I heard of her through a friend who she did eyeliner for, that also looked great! I found MoJo’s through searching online and honestly it was the best choice. Having not been to a professional loctician in a while, Lavell made the experience a pleasure. From the first of many conversations we had while I was in her chair, I knew I was in good hands. Not only was she competent and experienced; she was a pleasure to work with. Taking me through all the steps and procedures she was going to do on my hair, giving me the knowledge to understand and take care of my locs more.
Lavell is a beautiful soul and runs her business in such a professional yet human way. It is a place where you can go and get your hair done by some of the best in the area as well as it being in a comfortable place with peace.

This is ONLY for Katherine Beckwith, the nail professional who just started at Red Ruby Salon. I have my own stylist I've been seeing for almost 20 years. And I'm not a fan of open concept salons where it can be noisy and you can hear everyone's drama. That being said, everyone is really nice. And Katherine is her own woman doing her own thing, in her own room! Where it's warm and quiet! It's also relaxing, warm colors, and her chair is so comfy. I started seeing Katherine at Hygeian, also in Clarksville. The folks at Hygeian were great, but Katherine is the best of the best, so when she decided to head out on her own, I had to follow! Katherine does AMAZING pedicures. I have the equivalent of troll feet. My nails are just awful. I struggle with crooked toes, crooked nails, and my nails become ingrown very easily. When Katherine cuts my nails, they feel literally perfect. They are neat, clean, no sharp edges, and the pedicure lasts for three or four weeks without me having to touch them. She gets the thick callus off . . . you can tell she actually gets satisfaction from shaving that dead skin off! My feet always feel so smooth and silky after she's done. I also get paraffin after each session. Please realize this is a podosafe pedicure and doesn't use the water baths, which can cause infection. Katherine also does manicures, polish, and many other treatments. She is a true professional, and has tons of certifications! I never thought my feet would feel so good. So NORMAL. Thank you, Katherine! You are AMAZING!

I cannot recommend Carmella enough! I got hand-tied wefts done by her, and they are absolutely flawless. The blend is so seamless that people at college don’t even realize I have extensions — I just keep getting compliments on how healthy and full my hair looks! Carmella is seriously a perfectionist in the best way, and she made the entire process so easy and comfortable. If you’ve been thinking about getting extensions, she’s your girl. My confidence is through the roof, and I will never trust anyone else with my hair!
My husband has been going to Amanda for his hair for a couple of years and it has always looked great! Because of how great she has always done, I decided to switch to her and she has done a phenomenal job with my hair! I Have to give a shout out to Shelby. I had a 911 emergency with my hair to say the least. Bleach gone bad. Love the Mad hatter but don't want to look like him. I was referred to the Willow Salon and made my call. I explained my dilemma to Shelby and she got me booked same day and came to the rescue. Not only was I able to return to work the same night, but my hair looked, smelled and felt amazing. Shelby, you are a lifesaver!! I would recommend 10 out of 10! I've been coming here for the past 8 months since moving to Ft Campbell. As a retiree (military & civilian law enforcement), I'm not looking for a high & tight, but something neat & stylish. I chose this place because of my positive experiences with Korean barbers. Yunhei is an expert with the clippers and has not disappointed me. She is easy to talk with and has a great rapport with all her customers. Give her try and you won't be disappointed with the results.

I have a big event to go to today and received a bad cut at a different place so I found Corporate Fades. I told them what happened and danny saved my life. He fixed my haircut in a less than 20 minutes. I should've came here the first time!!! I tried to pay him and he told me it's on the house and welcome to the barber shop. I recently switched from a nail salon in sango after many issues and landed at Serenity Nails, which has been everything I have asked for in a nail salon. The staff is super sweet, they take their time, and make sure they are doing exactly what you asked for. I have also brought my boys here several times and they are so good with doing kids pedicures and ask about them when they don’t come with me. Every time I come here, the atmosphere is always relaxing and I can take a break from the hustle and bustle of life. I look forward to trips here!

I was not expecting to get my nails done today. But I saw they were open and I had not tried this nail salon before so I wanted to give it a go. I am so glad I did. Emma was great. We talked about our cats which was nice to see the similarities and studs. But her work was stellar. She was gentle and took her time to do my nails how I want them. She even added a hand massage. Never expected that. Never had a person do that after doing my nails. Emma is great.

I've been going to this place since before the pandemic and it's always the best experience. The people who work here always greet you with such pride and dedication. I have always gone to one main person, but when she's gone, I have no qualms about anybody else doing my nails. They're all gentle and take their time to give you your own experience. Been a client for almost a year. Always received excellent service. This last visit was just awful. The girl was on her phone. It kept falling. In the process she filed pieces of my skin by my ankle bone! (It’s a tender area) I had lifting from my last set. She just put acrylic over when NORMALLY they remove that part. I came into her salon after I messed up my hair so bad, I tried to bleach my bangs on top of henna at home and it came out HORRIBLE, I was in a panic trying to find someone that would help me and when I walked into her shop the guy that was there told me she wasn't in and to call her to see if she could help. I got ahold of her and explained the situation and she got me in an hour later. She had already left for the day and was having dinner but she dropped everything to come in and help me. I cannot express how greatful I am that she did. I came in distraught thinking I had destroyed my hair and left absolutely in love with the work she did. I'm never letting anyone else touch my hair again, if you want your hair to look gorgeous I highly recommend going to her salon.

I grew my hair long for the first time in my life(I’m 40.), and i was nervous to get my first trim with long hair. My anxiety was through the roof as i walked through the building to get to Kalon. The environment upon walking in immediately gave me some relief. The room was beautifully decorated with live plants. I absolutely love the moss wall! Jasmine was so incredibly attentive to MY needs from a hair dresser. She was exceptionally informative and knowledgeable about hair care, products, hair types, etc… she gave me a cut that looks great with some layers and even did a really nice trim on my beard. My experience with her was so good that my kids and wife, who have mixed hair started going there also, and they love her as well! It’s the best haircut experience I’ve ever had and my hair is so much more healthy and shiny after following her advice! 9.5/10

I can’t say enough good things about the facial I received - I’ve been struggling with acne for a while now, and after just one session, I already see improvement. Julianna was incredibly knowledgeable and talk to me about a whole plan to get rid of this acne! She even looked through all the products I currently use and broke down the ingredients to help me figure out what could be irritating my skin. If you're struggling with acne ,or want an amazing facial, I highly recommend seeing Julianna because you will feel so much more confident with your skin!?♀️?

I would absolutely recommend the Healthy Hive Beauty. I booked the day of on my day off, and it was super easy to communicate with her and schedule my appointment. We talked briefly on messenger for her recommendations of what facial I should get, and then again at her space - which by the way is ABSOLUTELY adorable and very calming and comfortable. She was just the sweetest, and her prices are affordable for what she offers. I did the hydrating facial that included a scalp massage and LED therapy with an arm/hand massage. She’s got the softest touch, and she’s knowledgeable about skincare. To top it off, I was even sent home with sample products and a little bee sticker! I definitely will be going back!

He is very easy to communicate with, the people there are amazing, the work is excellent, and the prices are the best I’ve ever come across. I came in for a birthday tattoo as a walk in on a friday afternoon and was treated so well starting with the dude at the counter! the shop is GORGEOUS! from the entrance to the bathroom. I've never been frankly anywhere with better accommodations for clients, the bathroom was so female friendly with anything you could want or need available. the decor is BEAUTIFUL! while I waited for my artist to draw up my design I was offered snacks and drinks so I made myself a little mocha at the coffee bar and spent the next 10 minutes enjoying an AMAZING massage (from a massage chair lol) I really need to buy one ? anyway from the amazing pricing to the amazing artist (Ryan olliver) taking my reference photo and vague direction to make it special tailored toward my idea and creating a better design than I envisioned to getting on the table and enjoying good conversation and some incredible art on the walls to the fact that I could easily tolerate the actual tattooing to finally seeing my cute little lion wiped down finished and sealed i had an amazing experience! walked out after an hour and a half super stoked! highly reccomended if you just want a smooth, welcoming, accommodating and comfortable experience with the vibes high and an incredible piece of art you get to wear forever!

I can't say enough good things about this company and the gentleman that came to replace our hot water heater. I woke up without hot water and saw the water heater was leaking in the garage. I shut the water off and called Alford at 7:30am. First, the lady on the phone was super helpful, answering all my questions with a pleasant tone. By 9am, the gentlemen were at my house to look at it. The entire thing needed to be replaced, but it was still under warranty. By 11am, I had a new water heater installed. Both men who came to my house were very knowledgeable and professional. The labor and expansion pack costs were very reasonable as well. We had such an incredible experience here!! Our home had been destroyed by the tornado last year, and we had to do an entire rebuild. A close friend recommended that we come here for cabinets and I am so happy we did. Betsy was our sales associate and she did such an amazing job! We needed cabinets for the kitchen, all the bathrooms, living room, and a few bar areas, and Betsy was the best person for the job. She was so pleasant, knowledgable, patient and efficient. She had incredible attention to detail, explained all the ins and outs of every element of the cabinets very well, and she was really thorough and great at communicating with me quickly and promptly! She also made this process for us really fun and exciting, which was something we desperately needed during our rebuild. When our cabinets were installed and I saw them in person, I almost cried seeing how beautiful they came out. They are one of our favorite things in our new home. Riggins Flooring did an amazing job! Our German Shepherd decided that she was going to pull up some carpet in a room on us. I called Riggins and the lady was really helpful. Since they did the floors when the house was built they still had some of the original carpet. A couple of days after initial contact they were out and repaired the damage. The two guys that came out were professional, courteous, and fast. They did a great job.

I contacted Justin for an estimate of two huge trees in my backyard. The trees were approximately 67 years old. Justin came out, gave me a reasonable estimate and started work the next week. One of the trees was about 65 feet tall. I was totally amazed how effortlessly, it seemed, for them to cautiously and precisely drop chunks of the tree, without damaging any of my property. Justin and his crew, took down both trees and cleaned up all debris, in one day! Very impressive work ethic! Clarksville smiles was amazing. I had not been to the dentist in a very long time and was nervous about the whole experience. The staff there is so welcoming and the hygienist was very patient and explained everything she was doing while doing it which I hadn't even asked her to do, but did it anyway which was so great. I saw the doctor to go over my x rays and to do the exam and she was so friendly and informative. It was an overall very pleasant experience and I'm only sorry that I put off going for so long. I had truly the best experience and I highly recommend them.

I'll be the first to admit that i have/had no faith in Nurse Practitioners until my recent appointment with Sharon Ferrel. Unlike other Practitioners that i have dealt with and butted heads with as well, to be honest, i wasn't thrilled to be seeing another Practitioner but i went in with an open mind. Sharon was the exception, she not only "listened", but she also "heard" about what was going on. She truly seemed to care as i have been dealing with my current condition for several months and a few different doctors. Having been s former patient of Nashville Skin, i thought it best to at least give them a try since everything else has failed. Kudos to the entire team at NS, i was totally at ease and stress free from check in to check out. I highly recommend NS!

My boxer was so sick last Wednesday. I called Dr. Markham on Thursday morning and he got her right in at 11:30. Him and his staff are definitely the best I have found here. He absolutely cares about these animals. My dog had pancreatitis and lucky we caught it before it was too bad. He kept in contact with me for 3 more days checking on her. He is the best!!
We absolutely love Southside and have never had a bad experience. They are kind and love on our dogs while we are there, quick to get us in, and are considerate of our time in the office. We highly recommend using them for your veterinary needs.
Our large breed dog has gone to Dr. Amanda Fant since 2012. She diagnosed a misdiagnosed (from Banfield in Clarksville) CCL tear, and saved our dog from an even worse injury. Although she was not the surgeon who repaired the tear, we saw her for all of the follow-up appointments. She is not only knowledgeable, but truly loves animals. I would recommend her to anyone and, had we not moved out of state, we would continue to drive 45 minutes to the North Stewart County location for the peace of mind that our dogs would continue to have top of the line care.
Family Pet Hospital and the Burchett’s are wonderful! We received a stray cat from friends in hoping that she would be a perfect lap cat for our son, who was paralyzed in a horrific vehicle accident. His cat he named Chewy, has been so perfect and precious in every way for him and our family. Truly a gift from Heaven. The Burchett’s took such amazing care to help us get her spay and vaccinated. I've heard and have seen great things about this veterinarian clinic, so I brought my puppy in for his rabbies shots. The staff was super friendly and helpful and even made sure my dog was happy and comfortable before giving him his shot. I'll definitely be coming back if I find myself to!
My pups love coming here! I was worried about handling both my baby and my dog at the same time, however they were able to help me with that! Amanda is wonderful, she was able to come grab my pup from our vehicle for me. Roxy did so well with both Amanda and Dr. Kerrigan and I heard she also took well to most of the other staff as well! I am so thankful for Overwatch. One of the most thorough and caring vets I have ever been to. I have a large senior dog so after moving to Clarksville we searched aimlessly to find him a great vet to keep up with his health issues. After visits to multiple different vets in the area, we finally found Overwatch. We have only been visiting them for a couple weeks now and had an emergency yesterday and Overwatch was able to make sure my dog Hektor was seen the same day to help us. My dog has some very complex health issues and was in a lot of pain. They exhausted every single option they could and spent hours with us to make sure that he is getting taken care of correctly and to give us answers even though they were super busy already. We can not thank Dr.Anderson enough. I would not even think to go anywhere else. Don’t waste your time or money going to other clinics like we did. Do yourself a favor and go check out Overwatch, you will not regret it.

We take both of our cats to Sango Vet's, they are all amazing. We have a kitty who is 14 years old and is a sweetheart, they are always so gentle with him. We have a kitty who is almost 2 years old and is a little scrapper, he too is also treated so well. We love Sango Vet and can't think of a more loving and caring place to take our four leggier family members.

I cannot say enough about this clinic. They are so professional and caring. I have a very sick pet that comes in regularly and they have developed a medical plan and I know extended her life. Cannot say enough good things about their internal meds doctor!

I’ve been taking my pom to Bark Place for years and they have never disappointed me! I showed them one picture of my girl as a puppy with a haircut I loved, and they match it and knock it out of the park every time. Making her look like a puppy despite her being 10. They’re always so gentle with her, and lovey. I’ve even brought my pitbull here for a spa day and they did amazing! wish i could give them 20 stars
I love it here! Im from out of town and was looking for a place I could bring my dog and this place was perfect! They have a nice little fenced in back yard where your dog can get their zoomies out while you enjoy your coffee. The decor and style were also super pretty and really creative 11/10
I did the hot vinyasa class without ever having been to hot yoga before and loved it! It was a great workout and I had fun even as a beginner.
This Yoga Studio is welcoming and very clean. I enjoy doing my yoga practice here and find classes by Jane to be well rounded. P

Lashana was great! She really listened and focused on the areas I needed work in. Her pressure was perfect and she checked in to make sure I was okay throughout the session. The location was easy to find and the space was clean and welcoming. I definitely recommend Lotus and Lashana to anyone and I will be back!

Sherry is amazing; very knowledgeable and professional. I had been experiencing neck pain for about 3 1/2 months before going to a chiropractor who could not give me a full adjustment due to inflammation and pain. One visit to Sherry, and my pain was 70% diminished. I thought she was moving some muscles, but apparently she was moving lactic acid build up out of my muscles. She worked my shoulders, upper back and neck. I highly recommend her.
Since August I’ve been coming to Megan. I have turned the great 50 and notice stiffness and high stress. She has helped my joints. I started off as once a month. I now go every two weeks! Best service, best massage. I promise you it’s worth trying!

Went and got the hour couples back massage with my wife and it was worth every penny. I have a lot of lower back pain and my wife has some back pain as well. Walked out of there feeling like a whole new person. Keep in mind it is a deep tissue massage and they DO go in on your back but it’s worth it. We’ve already decided we’ll be going back every couple months.
