I was visiting my daughter in Adams Tn and we decided to take a yoga class at this studio. My daughter and I practice hot yoga in RI and we practice every week.We arrived at the studio and were blown away. The studio is lovely and clean. We were welcomed with open arms. The class was amazing and it helped relax me for my flight home the next day.The studio offers so much more than yoga. I encouraged my three daughters to try the salt room and they did! They were still relaxed 10 hours after their session when we were speaking on face time.This place is well worth a visit. If it is not yoga, you will find something for your body and soul. This place has it all

This studio is absolutely beautiful!! My mom and I are visiting from RI and we were ecstatic to find a hot yoga studio. First of all we were welcomed with open arms at the entrance by the really kind owner. We were blown away by the beautiful studio floors and community spaces. The studio was incredible! The lighting was so cool, and I have been practicing hot yoga for 4 years and never experienced a hot room with infrared lighting the way it’s all set up in here. Every detail is exquisite and the practice was phenomenal. HIGHLY recommend to anyone looking for a place to grow and stretch and become at peace with oneself. ❤️

This is a wonderful yoga studio! I am a beginner and the instructors all take time to make sure I’m doing poses correctly so I don’t get hurt. I always leave feeling better than I did when I got there! Highly recommend!!!
