My house received an annual inspection today. The Technician was professional and thoroughly examine every corners of the houses and the surrounding doors. I was very impress with the details. However, I would like to recommend for improvement. The Technician to use the new glove when examine the walls and door frames. This Technician used the same dirty gloves that leave the dirty stains on the walls and doors. Thank you.Service: General pest inspection

I have had Ortex for the years and they are wonderful. They listen to where I want it sprayed, because I have a child that crawls on the floor. Always kind and respectful. They do a thorough job always and are very affordable. I had someone bring need bugs to my house or was a nightmare!!! They came in and killed them all and the price was 2/3 less then the competitors, and that made me happy!! If I have any problems in between my monthly service, they will promptly come out and take care of it. I hate bugs and I appreciate peace of mind ???. You won't regret using them.

These guys are great and really know their stuff! They are prompt and efficient and do everything in their power to be sure we are taken care of. I will continue to use them as long as I own this house. Just wish they had a location for my Ohio home.
