Will was pretty amazing today. He walked me through all the ins and outs of my AC unit, went above & beyond to explain to me how I could prevent this in the future.We ‘will’ be repeat customers!!!Service: Water heater installation
My central AC went out once again and I had One Hour AC and Heating come out to diagnose. They quoted me $1,700 to fix the reversing valve. Matt from Pro N Stall answered my message within minutes and was out the next morning to offer a quote that was $700 less. We ended up replacing the heat pump and air handler all together and he beat the competitors price by $1,500 for a bigger unit with a more reputable brand that also offers a longer warranty. Will came out to install the unit and was very friendly and professional. So far so good!
