A action did a really good job cleaning the carpets. 4/5 actually has nothing to do with the carpet clean itself. My only issue is that they met me at my house extra early because they wanted to schedule a commercial job later in the morning. I asked them if they needed me to come back right away when they were done because I knew they needed to get to the other job. They said they would just lock up when they were done. I said great! When I came by later that evening the garage door was open and the door into the house from the garage was left open. Any number of critters or people could have just came right in!
