Easy to schedule an appointment for the next day. Friendly and helpful, worked fast, was able to create a new car key for us on the spot, and checked in with a phone call later to make sure we were satisfied with the job. Definitely recommend!
Broke my key and ordered a replacement key offline. I was unable to program myself so I called and they were super nice. They programmed both my keys in a great time while my 3 year old and I waited. The lady in the front talked and played some with my son too. I will definitely go to them when I have any other lock issues! They were great and super friendly.
Brad with Jerry’s lock and key are undeniably the best in all of Clarksville! Needed a key fob for my wife’s Lincoln, when local dealership couldn’t even get one and was waaayy over priced , Brad came to the rescue and had a fob and programmed in less than 1 hr! Great business and even better human being ! Highly recommend !
