Thomas Restoration Company cleaned my carpets and Jacob did a great job! He was very professional and explained the process. He was able to get up a few stains from the carpet and it looks as if they were never there. I would highly recommend Jacob and his company for further jobs. Thank you for your kindness and respect. Very professional and on time. I told him the area’s that needed the most work done on my carpet, He explained what treatments would be best for my home. I definitely will be using them again for my carpet cleaning.

We had bought 2 rugs off marketplace that owners stated were from a pet friendly home, but rugs had been cleaned. They were purchased based on pictures and the fact they matched new furniture. When the rugs were picked up there was a strong scent of carpet deodorizer. I dropped the rugs off with Thomas's not expecting them to be able to get the odor out. When we picked up the rug from Thomas's they were fantastic. The rugs were not only clean the colors were vibrant. The odor was completely gone.
