I contacted Stiffler’s plumbing due a leaking faucet in our upstairs bathroom, and a leak in our kitchen sink. Matthew came within about 3 hours. He was able to assess and fix everything for a reasonable price. Very respectful and pleasant when my 4 year old wanted to “help.” I would recommend based on communication, reasonable prices and promptness, but especially the kindness he showed my son.
Very impressed with the service received. I called one morning due to water heater leak from t&p valve. I was told that a technician would be dispatched that afternoon. I received a text at 1:15 pm that technician would arrive between 1:30-3:30 pm. Matthew arrived exactly at 1:30 pm to assess the problem and it was recommended to replace it due to the age of the water heater. Matthew had the old water heater and the new water heater installed in less time than estimated. The new water heater has been a true upgrade for consistent hot water. I am very thankful that I took a chance and made the call. I will definitely recommend Stiffler’s to anyone needing plumbing services.
Matthew was perfect. Showed up on time, had everything he needed, provided suggestions, outlined possible future issues. And completed the work fast. For any future plumbing issues, Matthew and his team at Stiffler's Plumbing will be my only option.
