“The other day my heat pumps outside unit fan quit. would make the noise, but fan wouldn't turn. Called Stanley Best in the morning Friday, and mid afternoon Chris showed up and had me running quick. I was expecting to have to replace fan unit, but just a condenser. He had one on the truck fortunately. Chris was a personable guy. Enjoyed talking with him during the repair. He explained the issue. We were a new customer and from the start they made you feel welcome. Did a great service all of the way through.
A side note. During winter my neighbor was having trouble with their unit freezing up. After a couple disappointments they landed on this company. John came out and quickly diagnosed issue and had to order some parts, but as soon as they arrived he showed up and replaced them. Thanks SB for your help.“

“Over the years, we've had some experienced some frequent problems with this unit. We called AirServ on a cold Winter Night, they showed up and was able to get us thru the night without freezing. We got hit with Lighting in August by a direct hit taking out many systems, Yes you guessed it the HVAC was also Disabled. This was a far worse problem then Just Heating.“

“I called with a leak issue for my hvac and Michael was able to take a look the next morning. Turns out the issue was a condensation problem and Michael was able to treat it and provide insulating material to prevent it from happening further. He also provided some guidance and tips on maintenance to help the system last longer. Great communication and attention to detail.“

“A few years ago I had issues with my AC. Every place I called said I needed a new AC $6,000 ranges!!!! my last call (5th call) was to EZ & they came out & fixed my current unit for a very fair price & it is still running today! A year ago they came out again for a small repair but did let me know the life on the current unit is running out but I can prolly limp by another year or 2. Today the condenser went out, they came out same day, fixed it, & I didn’t know that part was under warranty until he told me as he had it apart. EZ has Saved me tons of money several times. “I was tired of the burnt smell that happened every single time the heat turned on in the winter. Austin performed a furnace cleaning and found that the burners were covered in a fine layer of household dust. He cleaned the entire unit and also performed an air duct cleaning service to remove the dust from the vents. The smell disappeared immediately, and the heat feels much cleaner and more consistent. He was very polite and took the time to explain how to keep the system clean between services. I’m very happy with the results.“
