After a frustrating experience with other companies, Elevation Air truly went above and beyond to solve a very unusual issue with our AC. The first company barely looked at the unit for 5 minutes before throwing out a $15k estimate, and another company couldn't even schedule us for a week! But then came Elevation Air. They took the time to thoroughly assess the problem, didn’t rush through the diagnosis, and instead of suggesting unnecessary expensive repairs, they actually FIXED everything. Their team was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely nice to work with. They showed dedication and care every step of the way, making sure everything was done right. David was on time, friendly and diagnosed the problem quickly without a 250.00 “diagnostic fee”. He repaired my unit for a very reasonable price. It felt good to use someone that is honest and does quality work. Highly recommend!!
