Colvin & Son Heating Co. is a family-owned business serving Blount County, Knox County, Monroe County, Sevier County and Loudon County since 1945. Customer service is a stable for the success and longevity. Brad came out at 9pm on a Saturday. Was very fast and friendly. Found the problem within 10 min. Highly recommend. Prompt, efficient, effective, and polite service. Identified the problem immediately and corrected it. Brad has always been there for us when our air conditioner would have problems. Very quick to respond, especially during hot summer days. Got a new unit quickly. They were polite. Found problems we didn’t know we had that could be life threatening. Took care of our problems at a surprising lower cost than expected. Recommend to anyone.
