“I had another company service my unit previously. I only used them because they live in my community & was wanting to show support. When they came out the 2nd time my unit went from being in great working condition to 6 months later I needed a new unit for $2800. They stated this after only seeing the refrigerant was low, they didn’t even come in my house or do any other assessments. I had Action Heating & Air come out for a 2nd opinion. They looked everything over from the inside out including running a dye test to look for leaks & found absolutely nothing wrong with my unit.
