“Panther Heating and Cooling installed my unit a year ago, and now that I've gone through all four seasons with it, I'm ready to give a review.
The company has been great and easy to work with. They took the time and made the effort to do it properly and make sure that I was satisfied. When there were things I needed them to check they responded quickly and courteously and made sure I was satisfied before they left.
Today William came out to replace a part that had been recalled. My unit wasn't having any issues, but they were proactive in making sure there wouldn't be any issues. That's quality service.

“Great customer service from Comfort Heater and Cooling. Have never been satisfied with the heat pump system for heating our home. After a snowy weekend with insufficient heat, we finally called Comfort with whom we have a annual maintenance contract. First our emergency heat was ntrying to enter the room. ot working and system could not maintain minumum level of comfortable temperature. Second, we have never been satisfied with the air flow out of our heating vents. Some had only cool air come out and others whistled from the volume of air, After the technician Jordon came, examined the syetem and indicated a wire for the emergency heaters was loose. (Unfortunately, not the first time) Got into a discussion with Jordon about options to fix our issues and finally decided to dismantle the octopus and install a better air distribution system vs going to a propane furnace system (as the air distribution would still be a problem). Jordon gave me a quote and let the office know to schedule the install. They called the next day and scheduled the install for the following day. Leslye and Nick came with one additional helper and worked all day to replace the air distribution system nearly completing it early evening. Had to come back the next day to finish installing one last section. So far with only one day experience, we seem to have better air flow and warmer air coming out then ever before from the logest run. Thanks Comfort for doing a quick replacement with minimal disruption. Recommend Comfort systems and their great technicians for helping to correct our heating issues.“

“Didn’t have a great experience, small bill or working air after Morris Jenkins left my home.

Called Swift Air and John came out on the hottest Saturday of this year. He assessed the situation within minutes. I could tell how he talked that he knew his stuff. I didn’t feel like he was in it for the commission or trying to get over on me. He got my unit ordered over the weekend, install on the following week took less than two hours and he made a happy life long customer.

“I've been a long time customer of American Air Heating and Cooling and use their preventive maintenance programs for seasonal checks, as well as having them replace a full HVAC unit and repairs as needed. Service is always prompt, technicians knowledgeable and professional. I recently had a thermostat act up and eventually go out on me (during our heat dome) and called in for service. I received a quick response and want to give a Hats off to Dave for being diligent and determined to get me back up and running. Turns out there were a couple of wiring problems that were caused by a lighting issue from days before. It was not an obvious repair issue, but Dave was determined not to leave me hanging. “If you are in the market for a new heating and air unit or if you need to have your current unit serviced I highly recommend HD Mechanical Heating & Cooling. Buddy and his crew did an amazing job installing a new unit, thermostat, and new duct work at our home. Our home is a split level so we had an extra unit added for the middle floor. Buddy took his time to assess and to explain the best route to take in our situation. We had another unit replaced a few years back by a different Heating & Air company and the workmanship on that unit paled in comparison to the workmanship of Buddy and his crew. Particularly the running of the outdoor cooling lines and electrical lines which they mounted neatly to the brick unlike the previous company's installation which did not mount the lines neatly and left them hanging. I wish I could include a picture so that you could see the difference. We also had him service our other two older units as well. We are thoroughly enjoying the comfort level difference the new unit is making on our middle floor and will be using HD Mechanical Heating & Cooling for continuing maintenance and upkeep of our units.“
