Originally we gave this company two stars and won't go into great detail as we did when we published the first review but will say that they immediately reacted and offered to send a Senior technician instead to evaluate the problem. Two weeks ago the first technician used a regular room thermometer that he placed on my bedspread for ten minutes two and a half foot off the ground where it would be a degree or two warmer than if they were placed on the floor. Then he placed the same thermometer on the floor in the hallway and close to the thermostat for five minutes. Floor is about two degrees lower than two and a half feet of the floor. We recently had a part fail in our air handler that filled our downstairs with electrical smoke. Thank God it was contained within the air handler. A call went in on a Saturday and the on call tech was prompt getting to us and diagnosed the issue and knew exactly what parts were needed. Parts had to be ordered and once they arrived they again were quick to get out and resolve the issue. I was very satisfied and would recommend them to anyone I know.
